Cima Paper S.p.A.

Irish packaging company Zeus Packaging has acquired Cima Paper, with deal consideration not disclosed. Zeus employs about 1,100 people across 51 locations in 30 countries.

Irish packaging group Zeus Group announced the acquisition of Cima Paper S.p.A., an Italian paper and board converter with annual revenues of EUR 65 million, to strengthen its vertically integrated packaging supply chain.
