Singer Industrial teamed up with Fluid Tech Hydraulics, a Sacramento-based hydraulic distributor and service provider, which will operate within Singer's Fluid Power Division. The deal increases Singer's footprint to more than 120 locations.
Dallas-based Singer Industrial acquired Arizona-based Hotsy Industrial Systems, a maker of pressure washers, air compressors, wastewater treatment systems and detergents, with financial terms undisclosed. Hotsy will operate within Singer's Fluid Power Division from its Tucson location.
