Alto Partners acquires about 71% of Italian plastic bottle maker Lario Plast
Alto Partners S.G.R. acquired a majority stake of about 71% in Lario Plast S.r.l., a maker of HDPE and PET bottles, through its Alto Capital V private equity fund. Proactiva Strategy M&A advised Lario Plast on the deal.
