Zug-based Packaging Group AG is acquiring a significant portion of shares in Vogel Kunststoffe AG in Dittingen, effective January 1, 2026, as a succession arrangement. The group will have about CHF 100 million in sales and around 200 employees.
BVS Packaging Group AG, headquartered in Urdorf, Switzerland, entered a strategic partnership in which substantial shares were transferred to Packaging Group AG of Zug, retroactive to January 1, 2025. The locations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria remain under current management.
Irish investment group Packaging Holdings has merged with Grafham Holdings, a UK maker and distributor of food packaging and DayMark printed labels with turnover of about GBP 30 million and around 120 employees. Grafham operates sites in Birmingham, Kent, Cheshire and Nottinghamshire. The deal was announced on 21 June 2023 and the price was not disclosed.
Packaging Holdings announced the bolt-on acquisition of Ace Corrugated, a corrugated box maker based in Cavan. It is part of two bolt-on deals with a combined outlay of over EUR 11 million.
