RH Fibreboard, part of Goonvean Group, acquired Smart Packaging, a corrugated packaging supplier with 23 employees near Bristol. Smart will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary under existing management.
RH Fibreboard, part of Goonvean Holdings, has acquired SH Fiske, a Bristol packaging producer with 26 employees, to strengthen its South-West manufacturing. Fiske will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
