VPK Packaging Group acquires Dutch packaging maker SolidPack
Belgian packaging group VPK has fully acquired SolidPack, a Loenen-based Dutch maker of solid board packaging with revenues of about EUR 50 million and 175 employees, integrating it into its Smart Packaging Solutions unit.
