Constantia Flexibles has completed its acquisition of Drukpol Flexo, a Polish flexible packaging company known for printing and converting for food and HPC markets. The deal strengthens its European flexo printing platform. Deal value was not stated.
Constantia Flexibles signed an agreement to acquire Drukpol Flexo, a Polish flexible packaging company with 183 employees and two sites near Warsaw. Terms were not disclosed and completion is expected in Q2 2023, subject to competition clearance.
