Coesia agrees to sell IPI aseptic packaging unit to Oji Holdings
Coesia and Oji Holdings signed a definitive agreement under which Coesia will sell IPI Srl, a supplier of aseptic carton packaging based in San Sisto (Perugia), to Oji. IPI employs 170 people and had 2022 sales of about 65 million euros.
