Xylem to acquire Evoqua in $7.5B all-stock transaction
Xylem agreed to acquire water treatment company Evoqua in an all-stock deal valued at an implied enterprise value of about $7.5 billion. The combined company expects $140 million in annual run-rate cost synergies within three years.
