KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik acquires majority stake in K2 PAK, Slovenia
KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik has acquired a majority stake in K2 PAK in Koper, Slovenia, a maker of plastic packaging and transport boxes. Private equity firm VR Equitypartner, a minority shareholder in KTP, supported the deal.
