Haowu Group to take 50% non-controlling stake in FEUER powertrain
Chinese Haowu Group agreed to take a strategic, non-controlling 50% stake in crankshaft maker FEUER powertrain, with put and call options and a basic agreement to form a China joint venture for high-end crankshafts.
