Shanghai Yuxuan Pump & Valve won the valve section of the coal-to-olefins upgrade demonstration project of Guoneng Baotou Coal Chemical in Inner Mongolia, supplying ball, globe, gate, safety and control valves with a 30-day production cycle. The project raises methanol capacity from 1.8 to 3.8 million tonnes per year and methanol-to-olefins capacity from 0.6 to 1.3 million tonnes per year.
Shanghai Yuxuan Pump & Valve signed a supply contract with Sinopec Oil Construction Engineering for more than 200 valves. The valves serve the new tank farm project at Sinopec's Anqing Petrochemical plant in Anhui, which will add four 3,000 m3 cracked raffinate storage tanks.
