Multitubes Group acquires Tubex plastic tubes business in Wasungen
Tubex Group sold its extruded plastic tubes business of German subsidiary Tubex Wasungen to PE-backed Multitubes Group through an asset deal. The deal was advised by MP Corporate Finance.
