Airmo Inc. Pressure Technologies has installed a MAZAK VC-Ez 26 CNC mill at its Minneapolis facility to expand in-house manufacturing capabilities, reduce reliance on outside suppliers, and shorten lead times.

Hood Container will invest $118.9 million to modernize its paper mill in West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, upgrading the primary paper machine to add 80,000 tons per year capacity and improving the recovery boiler. The first phase is due in Q3 2026.

Schenck Process is investing to renovate its main Whitewater, Wisconsin plant into a dedicated stainless steel production facility, removing carbon steel manufacturing. The facility is expected to be fully operational by October 1, 2017.

Crown Paper Group's Montebello Container installed an automated dry end at its La Mirada sheet feeder plant plus conveyors, unitizers and wet-end upgrades, and improved safety and waste at Pico Rivera and Santa Fe Springs. Montebello increased production more than 20 percent in 2016.
