HEXPOL acquired 80% of Symplast A.Ş., a Turkish developer and manufacturer of thermoplastic elastomer compounds, for €54 million. Symplast has sales of approximately €34 million and 135 employees.

Huhtamaki is acquiring Elif, a Turkey and Egypt based supplier of sustainable flexible packaging, for GBP 350 million, expanding its flexible packaging footprint into Turkey.

Polinas, a Yildiz Holding film manufacturer, acquired Propak, a Turkish converter of flexible packaging for snacks, confectionery and nuts, with MP Corporate Finance advising the sellers. The deal's value was not disclosed.

Turkish flexible packaging maker Korozo Ambalaj signed stock transfer and partnership agreements with private equity firm Actera Group. The transaction awaits Turkish Competition Authority approval.

The EBRD, private equity firm Actera and Esas Holding are acquiring a majority stake in Korozo Ambalaj, a Turkish flexible packaging producer that is building a new facility in Corlu, Tekirdag.

Sources say Bedminster Capital has authorized the sale of its 80% stake in Turkish packaging company Propak Ambalaj, with Constantia Flexibles among four interested bidders. Propak did not comment.
