BorgWarner inaugurated a new turbocharger production plant of about 6,500 square meters in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong, Thailand, on March 7, 2018, to serve Asian automakers.

Bosch opened a new fuel injection plant in Hemaraj, Rayong, about 130 km east of Bangkok, its first smart factory in Thailand and second mobility plant there. About 80 million euros is invested from 2015 to end 2017.
