Rejlers has signed a four-year framework agreement with Gryaab to provide technical consulting services for water and wastewater processing plants in the Gothenburg region.

Private equity investor Nordic Capital agreed to acquire Flowa Technology AB, a provider of engineered water infrastructure products.

Uniwater agreed to acquire Water Engineering AB, a Swedish engineering consultancy specialising in drinking water and wastewater treatment plant design.

NCC has won a construction contract from Sydvatten to build a fully equipped pumping station with backup power plant at Stehag, Ringsjöverket waterworks, Skåne. The order value is about SEK 170 million, with completion scheduled by end of 2028.

Sulzer completed its acquisition of Cardo Flow Solutions, a Malmö-based pump supplier for the wastewater market, for a total cash consideration of SEK 5.9 billion (CHF 852 million), on July 29, 2011.
