Lithuanian recycler AB Plasta acquired Swedish bag and sack producer Rullpack AB from Holtback Group AB and others, expanding its sales and production in Sweden and the Nordic region. The deal was advised by Setterwalls.

Lund-based Nexam Chemical agreed to buy all shares of privately owned masterbatch and additives maker Plasticolor Sweden AB in Lomma for SEK 116 million. The deal gives Nexam production capacity and new market segments.
