Momentum Group signed an agreement to acquire 70% of Hydmos Industriteknik AB, a Stockholm maker of high-pressure hydraulic and gas systems. Closing is expected in February 2023.

Arnon Oy acquired AB B.O. Park, a Swedish manufacturer of electric automation and pneumatic products with about EUR 2.7 million turnover in 2019, strengthening its presence in Sweden.
