Germany's BEKO TECHNOLOGIES announced a majority stake in Slovenian digital compressed air company CALMS, based in Ljubljana, to strengthen its digital portfolio.

Berthold Marx group acquired shares in Obkov, a Slovenian manufacturer of gas springs, through an acquisition and merger, in April 2025. The deal was advised by ALTIOS Corporate Finance.

Swedish Duni Group has acquired a 70 percent stake in Slovenian tabletop products converter SETI d.o.o. of Kranj, a former airlaid tissue customer, with consolidation from 1 October 2024 and SETI net sales of about SEK 100 million.

KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik has acquired a majority stake in K2 PAK in Koper, Slovenia, a maker of plastic packaging and transport boxes. Private equity firm VR Equitypartner, a minority shareholder in KTP, supported the deal.

AxFlow GesmbH, part of the AxFlow Group, announced its acquisition of VIP Tehnika, a pump sales and service company in Maribor, Slovenia. The deal gives AxFlow a second base for growth in the Balkans and Austria.

Miba took over full ownership of EDMS, a Slovenian manufacturer of power electronics components, effective September 1, 2017. Miba previously held 49% of the company, which employs about 40 people in Sentjernej.
