WIKA opened a new plant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, on a 3,000 square metre site producing pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement products, with more than 100 jobs planned over the next few years.

Emerson is developing a manufacturing hub at King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) in Saudi Arabia, built by Saudi AMANA. The facility will produce automation products such as control valves and safety systems, with completion expected in late 2024.

Honeywell and Aramco signed a joint venture agreement to offer end-to-end business process automation and digital transformation solutions for industrial companies, combining Aramco's Plant.Digital platform with Honeywell's software capabilities. The JV was announced in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, on November 1, 2022.

Honeywell was awarded a contract by Sepco Electric Power Construction to supply connected control, telecom, safety and security systems for the King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries and Services in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. The complex is being developed by Aramco.

L&T Valves Arabia, a subsidiary of L&T Valves, is setting up a manufacturing facility in the Eastern Province near Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The plant is scheduled to start production in October 2019 and will make the full valve range plus automation and digital solutions.

Emerson Automation Solutions opened a 1,100 square metre manufacturing facility in Dammam's First Industrial City to build control and safety systems and provide engineering, staging, commissioning and field services in Saudi Arabia's eastern region.
