DS Smith began supplying its carbon-reducing DS Smith Round Wrap multipack to Carlsberg Poland for selected product lines. The solution is expected to save up to 224 metric tons of CO2 a year for Carlsberg Poland.

Smith Anderson is setting up a joint venture with a major packaging supplier to open a new facility in the south of Poland, with McDonald's Europe supporting the venture. Staff will be trained in Kirkcaldy.
