Monadelphous was awarded a new three-year contract to provide minor capital project services at Newcrest Mining's gold operations on Lihir Island, Papua New Guinea.

Baker Hughes, a GE company, signed an agreement with Twinza Oil to provide fullstream drilling, subsea, gas processing and compression support for the Pasca A gas-condensate field in the Gulf of Papua. Final investment decision is expected in 2018.
