IDEX Corporation agreed to acquire Muon B.V. and its subsidiaries, a Dutch micro-precision flow path manufacturer, for €700 million in cash. Muon serves medical, semiconductor, food processing, digital printing and filtration customers.

Kaas-Pack Holland of Hoogeveen, Netherlands, awarded Robertpack a contract in 2020 for a complete cheese packaging line, now installed and operational. The line includes a box erector, Fanuc robot cells, a box closer and a palletising robot.

ÅF Pöyry signed a contract to deliver two new turn-key process lines to Oatly's Vlissingen plant in the Netherlands, doubling the plant's capacity for oat base, with operations expected in December 2020.
