SCG Packaging completed the purchase of 100% of PT Prokemas Adhikari Kreasi (MYPAK), a corrugated containers producer in Bekasi, West Java, for IDR 467 billion (about THB 981 million), with 144,000 tons annual capacity.

Rengo's joint venture Thai Containers Group agreed a conditional share purchase of 60% of PT Prokemas Adhikari Kreasi (Mypak), an Indonesian corrugated packaging maker with one factory in Bekasi Regency, Java. The deal is due to close by the end of 2025 and will take Rengo's Indonesian factories to 12.
