Croatian group Incom has completed the takeover of the packaging factory in Kanfanar, formerly GPI Istra and now returning to the Istragrafika name. The plant is export-oriented and Incom plans further modernisation. No deal value is given.

AR Packaging Group, a Swedish packaging services provider, acquired Istragrafika, a Croatian manufacturer of cartons for tobacco, food and consumer goods, for an undisclosed sum. Istragrafika was integrated on 1 January 2019.
