Croatian group Incom has completed the takeover of the packaging factory in Kanfanar, formerly GPI Istra and now returning to the Istragrafika name. The plant is export-oriented and Incom plans further modernisation. No deal value is given.

Vetropack Straža, the Croatian unit of glass packaging maker Vetropack, has signed a long-term energy supply contract with Axpo covering 328,500 MWh. The deal includes a hybrid pricing model and renewable energy integration through PPAs.
