Hamon, part of John Cockerill, won a contract from Aksa Energy Company Ghana to supply a three-module air-cooled condenser for the 350 MW gas-fired Kumasi Power Plant in Anwomaso.

Twellium Industrial Company has commissioned a greenfield beverage production site in Kumasi, Ghana, with two complete PET packaging lines installed by Sidel. The plant's water line produces 80,000 bottles per hour.

TechnipFMC has secured its first integrated EPCI contract with Tullow Oil covering supply and offshore installation of subsea equipment for the Jubilee South East development offshore Ghana. Local fabrication of subsea structures in Ghana is planned.

Voltic (GH) inaugurated a new high-speed packaging line at its second facility in Akwadum, Eastern Region, funded by parent Coca-Cola Beverages Africa with US$6.5 million. The line is meant to raise production capacity.
