Nemera inaugurated Hall 3, a 7,200 sqm production building at its Ponts-et-Marais site in Normandy, France. It adds capacity for the SP9 pump and enables consolidation of SP2 production at Le Tréport, creating up to 100 jobs.

SÜDPACK Medica officially opened its significantly expanded plant in Coulmer, France, on 17 July 2026. The site's clean-room production areas were almost doubled to make primary packaging for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Nemera has started building a new 3,000 m² production plant at Ponts-et-Marais in Seine-Maritime, with injection presses and assembly lines. The site is expected to employ 100 people by 2027, with delivery planned for April 2026.

Astorg agreed to acquire drug delivery device maker Nemera from Montagu Private Equity, and Montagu elected to reinvest as an equal partner alongside Astorg and management. Nemera operates four manufacturing sites in France, Germany and the US and employs 1,950 FTEs. Terms were not disclosed.
