Eiffage Energía Sistemas, Spanish subsidiary of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, acquired Comercial Frío Balear (CFB), a Mallorca-based company specializing in industrial and commercial refrigeration solutions. CFB had revenue of €3.8 million in 2025 and 28 employees.

Soldatal, parent of SDT Air, signed a sale agreement to acquire the machining production unit of the FES Technology Centre in Ripoll, Girona. The site adds 1,400 m2 of plant space for SDT Air's capacity expansion.
