Froxá plans to invest 32 million euros through 2028 to build a new factory in Vargas (Puente Viesgo), doubling production, with Cantabria regional government support of nearly 4 million euros. About 26 additional workers are planned by 2030.

Italian Interpump agreed to buy 100% of Fluinox, a Valencia-based maker of processing equipment for food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, for at least 11.15 million euros including the agreed price and the box value.

Interpump Group acquired 100 percent of Inoxpa Group, a Spanish maker of process equipment and flow-handling systems for food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, for EUR 90 million. Inoxpa had fiscal 2016 sales of nearly EUR 60 million.
