Aalborg Forsyning placed a follow-up order with MAN Energy Solutions for an additional seawater heat pump unit, bringing the Aalborg district heating plant to four units and 177 MW of heating capacity. The plant is scheduled to cut up to 210,000 tons of CO2 annually.

Nordjyllandsværket A/S awarded MAN Energy Solutions Schweiz AG a contract worth DKK 681 million (about EUR 91.3 million) for a seawater heat pump, technical installations and a 5-year service agreement in Vodskov, Denmark.
