FLSmidth signed an agreement to acquire TIPCO Tudeshki Industrial Process Control GmbH of Aachen, Germany, adding particle-size sensor technology to its mining PCV solutions. Terms were not disclosed.

Poland's KGHM ZANAM won a tender to supply seven LKP-0703 load-haul-dump machines to K+S's Zielitz potash mine in Saxony-Anhalt, with delivery planned for mid-November 2020. The contract was reported on 14 May 2020.
