Lordos United agrees to buy 51% of P&S Carton Industries for €8.16 million
Lordos United has signed an agreement to acquire a 51 per cent controlling stake in P&S Carton Industries for €8.16 million in cash, subject to competition authority approval. The deal takes Lordos into Cyprus's corrugated packaging sector.
