CNPC Kunlun Manufacturing and Kunlun Capital will hold 60% of a new joint venture for industrial embodied-intelligence robot solutions, with Unitree and Beijing Fanjie Intelligence each holding 20%, as disclosed in a Beijing merger notice on November 4, 2026.

China Petroleum Group Kunlun Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Unitree Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Fanjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to establish a joint venture focused on industrial embodied intelligent robot solutions. Kunlun Manufacturing and its affiliate will hold 60%, Unitree and Fanjie each 20%.
