Zug-based Packaging Group AG is acquiring a significant portion of shares in Vogel Kunststoffe AG in Dittingen, effective January 1, 2026, as a succession arrangement. The group will have about CHF 100 million in sales and around 200 employees.

Constantia Flexibles has completed the acquisition of a majority of shares in Swiss flexible packaging producer Aluflexpack AG, which employs about 1,700 people in nine countries.

Datwyler signed a new multi-year contract with Nespresso running until 2030 for capsule and seal production at its automated plant in Schattdorf, Switzerland, with continuous volume and revenue growth expected. Terms are confidential.

Amcor Flexibles will install a UV flexo printing press at its Kreuzlingen site in Switzerland to serve pharmaceutical packaging markets, as part of a European printing investment plan that also includes a digital press at Cramlington, UK.
