Ahlsell announced a public tender offer for Meier Tobler, a Swiss technical distributor in HVAC and plumbing with approximately 1,300 employees and CHF 497 million in net sales in 2025. The transaction would expand Ahlsell's footprint into Switzerland and Central Europe.

Dantherm Group has acquired AirCenter AG, a Baden-based Swiss supplier of dehumidification and air-conditioning products with about 30 employees. The deal extends Dantherm's distribution channels in Switzerland.

Taco Family of Companies acquired the Taconova Group, a Zurich-headquartered maker of hydronic heating, balancing, underfloor heating and valve solutions. The deal strengthens Taco's presence in Europe.
