Terex Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keestrack, a Belgian manufacturer of mobile crushing and screening equipment. Keestrack will operate as an independent brand within Terex Materials Processing.

Atlas Copco has acquired LVC Solutions, a compressed air solutions firm in Genk, Belgium, from industrial group Initium, adding it to its Compressor Technique service division. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Howden has acquired Maintenance Partners NV, a Belgian provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for industrial compressors, blowers and steam turbines. The transaction closed on April 30, 2021.
