Holcim to acquire Tensolite, a precast concrete systems manufacturer

Holcim has signed an agreement to acquire Tensolite, a manufacturer of precast and pre-stressed concrete systems with $22 million in net sales in 2023. Tensolite has plants in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, and the deal is expected to close in Q2 2024.
