Ukrainian regulator approves Cargotec-Konecranes merger

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved the merger of Finnish companies Cargotec and Konecranes, which owns the Zaporozhkran plant. The merger, announced in October 2020, is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
