China Glass to acquire 55% stake in Fujian Longtai Industrial for CNY 262 million

China Glass Holdings Ltd announced on May 6, 2021 that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary will acquire 55% equity of Fujian Longtai Industrial Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 262 million.
