RUSAL and ELKA-Cable start Bogolsovsk Cable Factory joint venture

RUSAL and ELKA-Cable Company started a joint venture, the Bogolsovsk Cable Factory (BCF), for full-cycle production of cabling and wiring products with aluminium alloy core.
