Gestamp opens new automotive components factory in South Staffordshire

Gestamp opened a new 50,000m² manufacturing facility in Four Ashes, West Midlands, UK, with an investment of nearly £50 million. The plant features hot stamping lines and aluminum stamping, serving automotive customers including JLR, Nissan-Renault, Volvo, Ford, BMW, Toyota and Honda. It will safeguard 800 jobs by transferring capacity from the Cannock plant.
