Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Chemical Co. is building a 400 kilotonne/year high-density polyethylene (HDPE) unit at its integrated refining and petrochemical project on Changxing Island, Dalian, using LyondellBasell's Hostalen ACP technology. The overall integrated project involves a total investment of RMB 74 billion.
