Mindray Medical, through its subsidiaries, has agreed to acquire a 75% stake in DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH from Gorka Holding GmbH for approximately EUR 115 million. Post-closing, both parties will jointly inject an additional EUR 40 million into DiaSys.
