Consolidated Container Company to acquire Polybottle and Humberline Packaging from ABC Group
Reid Canada, a subsidiary of Consolidated Container Company, acquired plastic bottle makers Polybottle Group and Humberline Packaging from ABC Group, with plants in Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton. Terms were not disclosed.
