Advansor, a CO2 refrigeration systems specialist, is setting up a new production plant in Szczecin, north-west Poland, scheduled to start operations in May 2017 and ramp up over two to three years.

Sparta, Wisconsin-based Multistack LLC has acquired Germantown, Wisconsin-based Desert Aire Corp., a maker of commercial and industrial humidity and climate control systems. Desert Aire will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Lennox is undergoing a multimillion-dollar expansion at its Carrollton, Texas facility, adding a new testing area to its research and development building. The up to $40 million investment could create up to 50 new jobs.
