SMC Manufacturing Vietnam received an investment certificate for a $330 million expansion at its Long Duc Industrial Park plants in Dong Nai, starting operations in July 2025. The move adds thermo chillers and raises automation component capacity.

Atai Fuji Electric, a Taiwan-invested firm, will invest $24 million in manufacturing cooling pumps in Dong Nai province, Vietnam.

Sanhua Vietnam, a subsidiary of Sanhua Holding Group, inaugurated the second phase of its air conditioning valve factory at An Duong Industrial Park in Hai Phong on September 4, 2024. The second phase received US$60 million of investment in 2023.

Ngoc Nghia Industry commissioned Frigel Group to completely retrofit the cooling system of its Interpet PET preform plant in Tay Ninh province, replacing eight chillers and four cooling towers.

Panasonic Life Solutions Vietnam began construction of its second factory in Binh Duong, Vietnam, with over $45 million investment, to make ceiling and ventilation fans and start operations in January 2021.
