The Vergnet Hydro and ECM consortium was commissioned by the Togolese Ministry of Water to supply and install 380 manual pumps serving over 150,000 residents in the Savanes and Kara regions. The contract is worth 853 million CFA francs (about 1.3 million euros). It is funded by the French Development Agency under the PASSCO 3 project.
