Falu Energi & Vatten awarded a contract for a 2.4-2.6 MW liquid-cooled compressor chiller for district cooling production in Falun, Sweden, to five winners including Carrier and Johnson Controls. The total awarded value is 27,477,904 SEK, about 2.5 million EUR.

Actemium won the contract to deliver electrical and control systems, including DCS and safety systems, for a new high-efficiency heat pump of about 50 MW at Göteborg Energi's Rya VP plant in Gothenburg. Strabag GmbH is the main contractor, working with Atlas Copco.

British engineering specialist GRE Ltd won a five-figure contract from the European Spallation Source in Lund, Sweden, to develop bespoke ultra-pure water cooling solutions for its linear proton accelerator.
